Yup... Another 3lbs of my specialty, freshly marinated!

This time tomorrow night I will have me some wonderful hot jerky!

I don't eat jerky like that but dayum does that look good.

Are you going to SEMA with AG, Bobby? I know you are familiar with my jerky as I left the huge bag with you when I left Detailfest. I am bringing a bunch for you guys to Vegas for SEMA.

Oh yes, it is awesome! That batch will be ready for the dehydrator around 6pm.

I will be at SEMA :hungry: Garry. I will have to make you a special goodie bag. I still owe you from Detail Fest :props:
 
Garry's beef jerky is some of the best I have eaten :hungry:

Will do. James is good I assume. I havent talked to him in a month or so. I got his wedding invitation in the mail last week. He is out of the country for a year. He will be home for a week or so for his wedding next month.
 
Well, I just put this batch into the dehydrator. I will have some fantastic jerky at 9:30pm.
