I have been in business since January of this year and LOVE doing this stuff as a hobby.

It has its ups and downs.

I have to contend with local shops that charge rock bottom prices for shoddy work and chemicals, yet lable their work as masterpieces. I decided to start my own detailing venture after i took my audi to a really reputable local shop... and they broke half my air vents, scuffed my leather, did not polish out any scratches at all, and left wax in every nook and cranny of my car... and still wanted my $140...

kinda sucks having to work for 7-8 solid hours for FULL paint correction, and the customer wants to only pay me like $120 or so because it's "in line with what other business charge"...
