I always use Armorall to shine the interior but I heard it's not a good product to use.
Is there a good product I can use that I can pick up at the local Walmart?
And what about online?

Also my car smells very bad.I left some wet clothes inside for a few days.
so what can I use to get the order out?
Thanks.

303 Protectant and a fogger and you should be good to go...
see the review on the Clean Air Fogger that was just posted.

Thanks.

But, can I buy anything what I talked about at Walmart for now?
I will be buying them online after I keep doing some reading on which product is a goodbuy.

303 can not be found at Walmart, and I doubt the Fogger is there either sorry.

I dont' think Walmart will really suit your needs in this instance. You could buy an air freshner which will just mask the smells and not remove them, or you could buy another interior protectant that has silicates in it that can dry out your vinyl pieces and lead to cracks. Cheaper is not always better and you do get what you pay for. If you're dead set on getting your car care products at Walmart then the Meguiar's NXT generation protectant or the Meguiar's Quick Interior Detail would be your best choices. As for the smells, short of buying a steam vac I don't think you will be able to do anything about removing the smells. You would have to pick an air freshner scent that you like and go with masking them.

I heartily agree with Meghan. We are getting good feedback on the new Clean Air fogger which removes smells instead of masking them. http://www.autogeek.net/clairgefoair.html

As for protectants, AG offers several that are excellent that will not break the bank either. :) The DP interior protectant is excellent and is only $14.99 for 32 ounces http://autogeek.net/dp380.html Poorboy's natural look dressing will give you a nice natural finish and it is only $9.99 http://autogeek.net/pbnl16.html
The Optimum protectant is also very good and is on sale right now too. http://autogeek.net/optimum-protectant-plus.html

I hope this helps you.

Armor All Original is water based making very safe to use on interiors. I don't use it becuase it's very very glossing making it reflect off my windsheil impering my vision at times. Google 303 protectant and use the dealer locater and see if there is a place near you that can get you some. It's a nice "matt" look not greasy at all and a high SPF rating (40).

Also I would recomend Poorboys Natural Look I have that on my interor right now and I'm loving it looks great and a pleasent smell (303 does have a strong chemical smell).

Wally World doesn't really have that much stuff that I would buy at this point to use on my cars or trucks.

After finding this website and ordering a few things, I feel like I'm "too good" to get products elsewhere!

I have another question is there a carrying kit to place all my detailing stuff?
I can't seem to find anything.

I been looking on what kit to start off with. What does everyone recommend to start with?

Polishers and waxes

Anothr vote for 303 if you have a store called Cap World nearby they sell it there. If you left wet clothes in your car you can try some of that damp rid and place it as close to the spot you left the clothes, You can find damp rid just about anywhere.

Pinnacle, Poorboys, or Clearkote would be my first stop for kit bliss :D

Jimbonjnj, thanks for the link. 5 bucks hey can't beat that. 303 is some great stuff to use on the inside of your car, a matte look good cleaning. After I put it on I buff it out with old MF.

On the out side of my wife’s car I am doing a little experiment, poorboys, 303 and mags #40 and VRT. I want to see which last the longest. I will let you know. So far the 303 and poorboys TR is neck and neck for first place.

How does this sound.
-Porter cable 7424 with lake country pads
-The bone by Cobra for the lower half of the car
-Pinnacle microfiber detailing mitt for the top half of the car
-XMT Wash soap
-Cobra waffle weave to dry
-303 for interior sealant
-Poorboys SSR1 and SSR2
-I'm not sure what kind of wax?

I have a 2005 Black Mercedes Benz with light swirl marks.
