Hey everyone! I hope y'all are doing well. My husband and I just opened a detail shop here in Richmond, J and A's Auto Detail Center. My name is Ali (pronounced like alley) and his name is Joel. We are very excited to expand our knowledge of products and meet many detailing friends. This seems like just the place for us!:autowash:

If you get the chance, you could give Gina Budhai, managing partner of Car Pool Detail LLC, a call/visit . She has been voted Detailer of the Year ("Queen of Detailing"), has impeccable business acumen, and at one time (still?) the president of NAPDR. Lots of detailing knowledge there.
