Hi guys,
I'm from Canada, Québec so don't expect my english to be perfect, but i try my best to write english the best as possible (i read alot but never compose english)!! I have been on this forum reading you guys for like 2 years, almost every night i read the post on the forum. And I think that's the most important thing i got to get all the knowledge I have today and being able to do paint correction like a pro! I am a weekend warrior and started last summer to do jobs for some clients. I try to use the best products i can and use my best technique just like you guys!
Today was the second day doing my first mercedes!! full interior detail, leather cleaning, 2 step correction. I did the interior first yesterday and did it with my little green autocare proheat, when i finished my 17hours detail to drive the car to send it back to the client (my girlfriend's boss). The car refused to start (message in the dash saying system restraint malfunction)... The client phoned mercedes and they told him that maybe the high humidity in the car could have been the sympton. So the client called the towing and the 4matic benz quitted my driveway with the 4 wheel refusing to move until it stopped on the platform. I was proud of my detail and worked hard for it and finally it ended bad for me.... Oh well...
So i decided to do my first post and at the same time share my experience from my first mercedes... 2 years reading ALOT of threads from car detailing and never saw someone saying that the client's car refused to start because some humidity inside the car putted a bug in the computers. i think that you are geat people and it will be really nice to show you my detail (will post in show n shine my mercedes i just did). I think you are the best people I think that will enjoy alot the details i will post with great pictures
