Hi guy's my name is Nick. I live in north eastern Ohio. I have been following this form for a few months now and have picked up a few tips and tricks and really appreciate how helpful everyone is. I am a master automotive technician and enjoy all the nice comments on how well keep and clean my vehicles are keep. Last July I purchased a new black 2012 Sierra Denali HD. This is my third black truck so I know the work it takes to keep black looking good but am tired of the labor a truck this size involves. I had to polish this truck when I got it as I was not happy with the dealers work. It's a full weekends work and on Monday I'm afraid to take it out of the garage. I do use a pk7424xp and also have a few rotaries but don't use them much. I do the 2 bucket wash with grit guards but am never happy with the micro-marring and swirling. Maybe I'm asking to much.
So long story short. I've been reading up on opti-coat 2.0. Dose it REALLY reduce marring?? That's my biggest question. Also will give the wet just waxed look? Can I wax over it? I am defiantly getting a foam cannon. Soon!
Thank you all for any and all input.
