I'm a happily retired total newbie at car detailing. My white 2003 Camry hasn't seen more than an automatic car wash in four years. Now that I have a significant amount of time on my hands, the car's exterior could use some attention.

Welcome!! being white that car should be single stage paint. I'm sure you'll find all the help you need here.

I bet I've done a dozen, heavily oxidized, white, late 90's/early 00's model Camry's this year. Seems it's a prerequisite that you don't take care of your car when you buy one. Lol, no offense bogtrotter. The good news is, it likely will transform into a great looking example again. You'll have fun. Best of luck.
