I have used many of the high end Zymol offerings, and still own Concours, Ital, and Glasur. I have tried samples of Destiny, and Atlantique amongst others. I truly found not enough of a difference to justify the price.
I think there are many options that can offer similar benefits at half the cost. Add into it, some of the newer products like Fuzion offer polymer technology that wasnt even around with these other offerings and it "seems" to make it easier to apply and more durable too.
I would not however spend your $$ and hope you would not consider mine. If you purchase a $2000 pot of wax I certainly hope it offers something you can see to justify the cost. Even if its just free refills for life , there is indeed a cost benefit to it provided you wax often.
I would say Pinnacle Souveran and Wolfgang Fuzion are two of the best AG makes. Dodo Supernatural can be found at AG and certainly a nice specialty wax too. Outside of these likely Zymol and Swissvax will be the two most common lines offered in specialty carnaubas.
Let me just clarify that I love my tub of Fuzion. I've probably used it 5-10 times now and its definitely the favorite in my stable. I'm not expecting the Concorso to be that much better....if at all. Just might be nice to try some new things... I'm gonna wait wait until a month or two until I decide to purchase- enough time for me to play around with my new Souveran tub and Signature Series. I just love testing out new chemicals :xyxthumbs:, but I definitely have respect for the AG line and in comparison to the competition of other high end waxes, they are very well priced.
