High(er) end wax

i think im gonna try out the fuzion since ive used swissvax in the past

Damn Jose! That looks great!

Thanks James! It's not me, it's the Souveran, it is the DEEPEST wax I have ever used! More than 30 years doing this on my cars. Easy off is crucial and this wax is the best I've used for that too. It's almost like a wet plastic case on the car - really 3D, and it stays on for a long time. All I can do is praise the stuff :).

Best,

Jose

I agree Jose. I love Souveran. My Cobra got a couple coats of it yesterday before I put it in storage. Looks amazing. That and DJSN are my two favorites. I was just going to use sealants like DP on my Highlander, but I am really considering throwing some Souveran over top.

Go for the Celeste Dettaglio... For the money, you cannot go wrong. Deep, deep, deep gloss. Not the longest lasting.... but the look is hard to beat.

The Souveran formulas are quite different ...the paste is the bee's knee's. I often find the best part of Souveran Wax is to move to another product and then come back. Its amazing what it does and offers but sometimes you gotta "miss" it a little, and stop taking it for granted. (sounds like a wife, huh )

Do you find that souveran gives you a deeper, wetter look on black than the fuzion?

yes ! The depth and wetness are Souverans strong point. Consider it a 3D wax. It is certainly a show stopper. It is a little challenging on the durability side but using Pinnacles Soap and Souveran Spray Wax will help also. Plus its so darn easy to apply and remove a coat. I can do my Vette in around 10 minutes. The key is to buff off while damp panel by panel. Give it a little direct sunlight and it really enhances the look.

Supernatural and Fusion are both great. Fusion is easier to apply and remove. My flavor of the month at the moment is Bilt Hamber Finis Wax

I recently bought and used the Swissvax Concorso. It is better than Souveran in every aspects but due to the high price I will only use it once a while and stick more with Souveran for more frequent waxing and is easier to apply and buff. Souveran is not far behind in terms of shine. Combined with the Souveran Liquid spray wax it's a very efficient combo.

Concorso is unbelievable at water sheeting and doesnt attract dust like other waxes I have used. But to be honest for the price of Concorso and such high end waxes I think the best deal is the 22oz of Zymol Vintage Glaze with lifetime refill. I bought so many waxes (I like trying different ones) that I probably almost spent that amount yet. I would really like to try a sample of that one (if that would be available)

But for this topic my vote goes hands down to the Souveran wax for it's fair price, great shine and ease of use.
