Just got back from getting a few estimates.
My deductable is $500

I only went reputable shops...no corner places that do shody work.

Shop 1- $796.xx 7 days without the truck:rolleyes:

Shop 2- $744.xx, 7-10 days without the truck

Shop 3- (I used to work here and know the owner personally)
$725.xx minus $200 discount. For a total of $525 :D Drop it off any morning, he will put it first priority, and I will get it back the next morning.

I won't be able to get it done for a few weeks though.... I am officially broke right now....lol
Very sorry to hear about that. That's a lot of money for a little dent.

Well that suck but hopefully this proverb comes true
"May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the crouch of the person that ruined your day, and may their arms grow too short to scratch them"
And everyone said AMEN.

I just hate those people that do that

:applause: I second that. I had my '00 cavalier for just about a year and a half (Feb. 02) and this idiot in a lifted truck crunched my left door, LF fender, and left mirror.   All to the tune of $1800. Of course, no one was outside when he did it (I was in my slot legally and all.), so I got bent over and "serviced" righteously by my insurance company.

What's even sadder I took my car to the shop I was a "detailer" (read that clean em quick guy)at before my present job and the lock on my left door still doesn't work as smoothly as when it was from factory, plus the panels were not prepped totally so there are some rusting spots that are obviously not in warranty being so long ago. I won't bother going back even for mechanical work. Nothing against the shop, just a very long drive and a hassle to find the time to drop one car off for work needed, etc.:(
