House Detailing!

@allenk4, you've got some great leather cleaning pics on your FB page...ever use the steamer on furniture? Thinking about deep cleaning sofa (kids and leather sofa is NOT a good combo).

kids and leather is actually a great combo...well, better than fabric anyway. :)

Meg's super degreaser 4:1 in the kitchen: stove, glass tiles and greasy cabinets anything with grease comes out squeaky clean. I like to spray it on a microfiber dedicated for kitchen use and just wipe away . Works great to remove greasy film right after frying something.

speaking of leather furniture, i remember Dr. G talking about how he used diluted Power Clean to clean a leather couch. so, not too long after, my wife was complaining about how her white leather purse was dirty - used diluted Power Clean and some water to clean that thing up really well.

Steamer and hard bristle brush to clean/whiten the grout in between your tiles work great! M105 on my bathroom counter top. Meg's finishing polish on stainless steel.

What material is your bathroom countertop?

RE: Hearing Protection Devices

•I use hearing protection devices as part of my
Vehicle Detailing Personal Protection Equipment Program (VD-PPEP)...especially whenever power tools are involved.

•I find that those same hearing protection devices
also come in handy to muffle out the seemingly
never ending drone emanating from:
The Good Wife...aka:

"She-Devil of the Honey-Do List"!

Just got my first house, still going back and forth on selecting a steamer. I really want one, just a lot of things to be considered to be upgraded or fixed.

For those without steamers, any specific products you guys use on hardwood flooring? I'm getting them refinished next week

Meguiars 105 for counter tops and Wenol Red for sink in kitchen. :dblthumb2:
