How bout them Rangers????

The Ranger's pitcher sure put a hurt on us last night. An impressive kid for sure. Although I wanted the Cards to win I wanted to see him pitch the final two outs.:xyxthumbs:

I didn't think he was going to let Washington take the ball from him. I was very impressed by the kid.

When Holland is on his game he is a shutdown pitcher. He had 4 shutouts this season but he had a chance at at least 1 more before the end of the season but Wash pulled him to keep his pitch count down somewhat.

I think he could have gotten the final 2 outs Sunday and I really wanted to see him get the shutout.

I'm going to game 6 - better dig out the long johns to keep warm.

I'll be a bleacher bum - seems like the same thing happened the last time the Cards were in a World Series.

I went again last night. Weather here was great- 76 degrees and a nice breeze. I'll keep an eye out for you Forrest- make sure to wear a Mothers hat or something

I'll be wearing red. And a Rally Squirrel shirt.

And sitting next to an animated women who keeps hitting my arm every time something happens - good or bad.

Whenever I go, we sit in the bleachers or in the coca-cola deck. Can't go wrong either way.

Haven't been to a playoff game yet.
