How can I protect freshly spray painted trim?

I just used SEM Black Trim Paint on a friend's '97 Land Cruiser. All he wants is his faded trim restored. I usually use Wolfgang trim sealant or Black Wow, after APC or Tuff-Shine cleaner. I sprayed the paint on his spoiler, grill, and roof rack. Should I apply some type of protection?

Also interested to hear some responses to this as I will be painting some of my trim within the next week or two.
