how can i remove these scratches from this table

i think a woodworking forum would be best advised for this since it can be something much more different than a car paint finish .

I used my UDM (ultimate detailing machine) which is a ROP, like a Porter Cable. Sorry for the late response.

i tryed sanding it down but it didnt work out if you look at the table wrong it scratches :/
