How did you get your name?

Hitman has been my nickname since I was a kid. (Brent the HITMAN Hart was my favorite wrestler) and 21 has been my Hockey number since I was in peewee's!
 
A patient of mine gave me that nickname in 1995 and it stuck. I am a practicing PT which most people affectionately refer to as Pain and Torture (instead of physical therapy).

The Dr in front of Pain references my education. My highest degree is a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a specialty/certification as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist
 
Ive owned F-bodys since before I started driving, so its 1 quick F (body)

On the audi forums it's "audios muchacho", integrating 'audi' and the Spanish saying. Here, it's a bit shorter and refers to my S6 Avant.
 
Long, long, ago, in the days before smart phones and DSL, there was once something called dial up internet service and an evil entity known as America Online (AOL). AOL was my first internet service provider. When signing up for AOL, you had to select a user name, which also became your e-mail address. AOL kept suggesting different versions of my actual name in combination with random numbers. Every user name that I suggested was rejected as already in use. I had a stack of CDs on the floor, so I picked up one, Hell To Pay, The Jeff Healey Band. It took and I have been Helltopay ever since. My Twitter account is even @helltopay. I was extremely surprised that it was still available.
 
An Avalon was my first car, and it was a great car! I used GreatAvalon when I joined a Toyota forum when I still had the car, and figured its easier to keep the same name across all forums!

I'm from Illinois which is the Land of Lincoln. And I'm a huge fan of Linkin Park. Well their old stuff anyway lol

I use to have a 3 generation Jetta, and I'm a guy, and the numbers are what AOL gave me way back in the day
 
I was told i was 'a spawn from hell' by a then girlfriends' mother once. Told her to get on her broom and fly away lol.
