How did you organize your supplies?

MM, here's some updated pictures. You'll see I keep most products on a bookshelf. Towels, applicators, and pads are in various plastic containers. You'll also notice a folded up drying rack I use for my towels. Excuse the mess. A couple things are a bit out of order.

Ok its "Maxima Dad" again you guys are awesome, great ideas here...as I said before this will be the $10,000.00 detail order.....$500 in detailing stuff and $9500.00 to make my garage into a detailing mecca! arrr arrr arrr!

So here is another question along similar lines: does anyone have any ideas or thoughts on lighting? I gotta believe it makes a huge difference when looking for those sneaky swirls and to admire your handi work....flourescent shop lights? halogens?...

As always, appreciate the support and input!

I bought a dual halogen floodlight setup on a stand for ~$35 (2x 500W lamps) that works really well. I plan on buying a halogen spotlight as well just because it's a pain moving the stand around all the time and it's very difficult to use at times...like trying to see swirls on the roof of my truck.

The dual halogens are nice, but when I'm working in doors, I really like to wear an LED head light used for camping similar to the old miners lights. Most have multiple LED's and really make the swirls pop right in front of your face :)

For the washing thing...I also have a front loader, and I use All Free liquid detergent. No dyes or anything, just clean.

Young lady, here's how mine are kept. Not as pretty as some of the others but doable....

You can get a set @ Home Depot for about $25

27.99 brinkman is a lot cheaper then a new set of garage lights!

Brinkmann Swirl Finder Light, Xenon detailing light, Brinkman spotlights

The Brinkman is a must have in my book!

I just have everything lined up on a shelf according to brand.

I have all my MF towels and pads in a 3 drawer system I got from Lowe's many years back.

I am currently looking to add two counter top spaces with drawers and cabinets. Would be a better place for all the gallon jugs.
