How do i remove myself from the forum auto-subscription?

I dont need any more spam in my inbox. How do i remove the auto-subscription?

go to your user control pannel.....settings.....and then go to the email tap.

Go to the settings and its somewhere in there. I forgot where exactly though. Those emails are annoying.
