How do you dry your car?

Use either a waffle weave towel or go to wal-mart and pick up a Microteck brand drying towel (in the…you guessed it automotive section) it's a huge micofiber towel. They are only 5-6 bucks and are very soft so as not to scratch the paint. Here’s a tip for you after you are done washing your car, remove the nozzle and allow the water to flow from the hose (don't kink the hose to squeeze more pressure just let it flow on it's own), this will cause the water to "sheet" off and "drag" most of the water with it (gravity) leaving behind very little water to dry off.

I did use my old leaf blower but it died on my recently. So, I purchased the Air Wand. It is awesome! Makes it so much easier to dry the car. I follow up with a Meguiar's WW if needed.

That Air Wand looks pretty cool... Might have to drop some early christmas hints!!! :-)

I have been using the Air Wand for about a year now. One tip on using it.....When you start your drying leave the wand off and use just the hose to blow out grilles, mirrors, window channels and such.

Sheet the water, leaf blower, then 2 sometimes 3 WWMF. Hey guys, what is this Air Wand, yal talking about?

I've always used the Absorber and I've been very happy with it. I do make sure to wash it in the washing machine after every use.

The reason I chose it because I used to house-sit for a guy with a Ferrari Testarossa and a BMW M5, and that's what he used for his cars. I figured if it was alright for those cars, it'd be alright for my truck!!!

They have a website under that name.

You are welcome Sparkie. Notice also if you have that type of blower you can purchase just the hose and wand.

3Dog, I seen that, looks pretty neat! Not a bad price! Thanks again man!

Well thats the biggest mistake ... they just can afford to fix the damage. Chamois and synthetic towels have no nap. Sand and dirt are trapped and can be rubbed against the paint. Even the slightest breeze could start swirls. Move up to a Guzzler when/if possible.

I was afraid of that Killr. Looks like I just might have to add that to my next purchase!!!
