After I've cleaned my pads, I spin them on 6. Then set them out in the sun.

Spin cycle in the washer or if I'm in the field, EXACTLY what you do Sparkie.

Wash + Rinse + Squeeze excess water out. Then, place them in an old bath towel and fold the towel so I can stand on it. They are 90% dry, so air dry after that.

Wait...you mean I can't store them wet?

Yea that was a joke!

+ One..would placing your pads in the washer where your clothes are washed eventually build up product resindue? I ask because i see the sealant/wax at the bottom of the bucket at times when using the DP pad cleaner ..which btw is a great product to use if you don't have time to clean your pads right away..

I just press the foam togther (Edge pads) to get most of the water out, then turn the PC on speeds 5-6, their basically dry after that. Then I just leave them on a towel overnight.

Me too. I will try the spinning, heard also the spinning method is good if you use it again the same day.

Wash with xmt cleaner, squeeze excess water out, put on pc at 5 or 6, then lay on storage rack that has spaces on the bottom and it allows them to dry from top and bottom.

I got the XMT cleaner part down pat, but where the heck have I been, not knowing about standing on the towel.

Gotta keep that in mind now...

I use the washing mashine. 40 c and detergent for wool and then the washing machine at 1400 rpms.

Almost dry when i take em out of the machine,
.

I wash my pads after each time i use em.

Learned this from another forum...

Another great use for grit guards is to use them for drying pads. I wash the pads, press them against the grit guard to remove excess water, them let them dry in the sun. :)

Washer? I'm going to try that.

I wash my LC pads in washing machine and never I had no problem, always using liquid detergent. But in winter delay so much in being dried at sun. :p
A question of novice. They can be dried in a drying machine?

Rinse them out, put them on the PC at "6" and then put them in a Ziploc bag. They are always still slightly damp when I use them next, but no issues so far.
