How do you guys remove this??

I'm having trouble removing this road derbies/idk where the tire slings on to the paint. I don't have an actual pic but the example shows you what I'm talking about, pay no attention to the mud just wanted to show you what part of the car I'm talking about

First I tried claying it then I used trix x, nothing. I've also used my flex with the wool pad and m101 then tried m105 with an orange pad then lastly tried to remove it with my rupes 15 and the rupes blue pad. I really don't want wet sand it

My question is how do you guys clean these parts of the vehicle??

id suggest stoner tarminator or rustoleum tar remover available at walmart in a 31 ounce bottle...or finish kare soil and coating remover

Almost looks like road paint (yellow lines). I will defer to someone else's expertise since we don't know 100% what it is, and a lot of pretty aggressive stuff was attempted already.

I am assuming since you tried the pad/compound route that it is dried solid? Did you get any transfer? Did you try mineral spirits or lacquer thinner?

If it looks like specs of tar, check very closely. It could be that rocks and debris are leaving tiny black chips that appear to look like tar at first glance. Judging from the pic you showed and the fact that you don't have any type of mud flap, I'd be willing to bet that's what it is.

So...I suppose you don't want us to pay any attention to the yellow looking stuff.

If that be the case: Then my sight unseen guess is that it's:
Non-water-based tire dressing, that the tires have slung onto the paint...causing an almost irremovable stain.

I'll suggest getting the strongest magnifying lens you have and take a close-up-look.
