How does one aggressively clean a Wolfgang Uber coating?

Wife's van has been coated with Uber for roughly 6 weeks. I've been mostly rinseless washing it using D114 or Uber Rinseless. For the past week, she's been parking at a neighbor's place while we have roof work going on.

Neighbor has some cedar trees that are leaving stains on the coating. I was able to rub aggressively and get most of them off. Nothing I could do with my rinseless wash, or detail spray, would get this one off.

Ive got some TarX, and plenty of APC. Just not sure where to go next, and I don't want to harm the coating. If this were just wax or a sealant, I'd use some polish, and reseal. Not sure where to go from here, or what will harm, or remove the Uber. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Have not used Uber coating, but since it's a coating and not a wax or sealant, it should withstand some light claying and some APC. Do you have any Uber left? Where you can spot treat if need too. Try the least aggressive method first and polish if you have too,

I would mix up some strong wash solution and add some undiluted apc. The high concentration soap and apc won't harm the coating and should remove whatever that junk is. You should also be plenty safe using the tar X on it.

APC got most of it, and the TarX got the rest. Had to rub fairly hard though. I don't notice any difference in the coating, FWIW.

Thank you!

Good news. I think of coatings that get dirty as, I'm cleaning the coating itself not the car. Regular washing with something like carpro reset or citrus wash, or rinseless washing are the best bet.

What do you mean by saying that you don't notice any difference in the coating? You can't see the coating, so how do you know it's still there? Not trying to give you a hard time, but wouldn't you feel better if you recoated that area?

To be honest, if that removed the coating, I'm not interested in using it. At $10 per ml, I can't afford to recoat every spot that I can't get off with a standard rinseless wash. I would just go back to 476S.

Let's say it didn't come off, would one of the paint cleansing lotions, non-abrasive polish enhancers remove the coating?

Nope, pbl paint cleansing lotion is the best choice since no abrasives and no fillers. Won't do jack to a coating. It'd recommended for use on black label coating as a more intensive cleanser.

Wow. The PBL Surface Cleansing Polish is amazing for this. It just comes right off with much, much less effort than with APC. I highly recommend it, even though it's $$$.
