If I may: IMHO......Anybody that takes any measures towards car care---detailing vehicles at their self-perceived level of acquired skills, as it were---always believes there is room for improvement; and if they give themselves the opportunity it will come to fruition.

That goes for someone trying to climb out of the throes of Hacker's Hell; the Enthusiasts' reaching for Euphoria; the Heavenly bliss often attained by the Hobbyists; and even the Professionals being prodded on in their search for unadulterated Perfection!

I feel this simple, yet noble phrase, if followed stringently, may just provide that opportunity:

Promise only what you can deliver. Then deliver more than you promise. ~Author Unknown

Also.....Just have faith in yourself, and the good Lord above...good things, then, usually happen.

:iagree: if you're on here reading the tutorials, and reviews from these guys you've separated yourself from the norm by knowing the best techniques.
Here's my story of "how good". A detailer was telling me to check under the lip of the fill cap of the windshield wiper fluid tank to tell if a guy was good. This is while I'm staring at the worst buffer trails that I've ever seen that he had put in some navy paint on a Mustang.
