How in the world do i get this off the wheels?

Ive done wheel cleaner twice and then followed up with polish and a toothbrush, this stuff isnt even slightly coming off these wheels.

Any suggestions? Ive got to get this back to the owner soon so i cant wait to order more product. Should i try compound?
 
Try posting from tapatalk, not seeing any picture to see what you're trying to get off.
 
The defects have gone beyond the clearcoat. There’s probably not much you can do to correct that. If that’s the case it needs to be re finished. No amount of cleaning is going to restore it.
If the customer asks simply tell him that the defects have deteriorated past the paint to the surface of the metal.

This is based on what I can see from that image on my phone. I wouldn’t worry about it.
 
Game over. That is not going anywhere anytime soon. The owner should be well aware of those wheels being shot!
 
I work for a Ford dealer, and that is a common problem on those wheels.

They are shot. Don't waste your time.
