I do web design on the side, so some of the things I mention may be things that only I would notice or care about, but......
1 - Your pages aren't consistent. Your header should appear at the top of every page, not just the home page.
2 - I would suggest going to a CSS-driven design rather than the use of so many tables. Will make the site much more flexible in the future.
3 - Several
errors were found by the validator.
4 - Overall, the site is a bit plain. Perhaps a better color background or even an image or gradient would work better.
5 - For your gallery, make the site a bit more interesting by utilizing something like
Lytebox or
Thickbox to handle your image viewing.
