How long do you let Duragloss 105 haze?

I'm using it straight as an all-in-one.

I just used it after a good polishing and did the entire car and then removed it. My car is very light, I barely could see it as I was buffing it off. Came off very easy, but car was in the garage.

BTW welcome to AGO

Using 601 mixed in or before it? I apply the entire vehicle and then buff off but use the 105/601 premixed 4:1. Always in the shade or garaged, cool paint surface. You will like it.

How many minutes do you let Duragloss 105 haze, if used as a stand alone?

I used 601/105 combo and 3 to 1 on the pad, when I did mine. Nice wet look and buffed off very easy.

Are you working by hand? IMO If by hand might want to do 2 panels and then go back to the first, by machine the entire car and then buff.

whether i mixed with 601 or not, i always used the 'swipe' test to tell if it was ready to be removed.

I really need an approximate time.

I haven't used a sealant before. Im the MAN

It depends on lots of factors, how thick you applied it, the temp of the panel, the humidity and so on. The best way to tell is to swipe an area with your finger. If it comes off cleanly it's ready to be removed, if it smears it needs longer to cure.

Perfect answer!

Is there a problem with going over time with DG 105?
