How long should I wait for shipping before my concerns are warranted?

I placed an order on Monday (though my order sheet shows it was placed on the 28th, probably due to me being in the 11 PM hour of central time when placing my order) and selected ground shipping.

I'm aware that once shipped, ground shipping takes a few days to arrive, but the website says all orders, no matter the shipping method, ship within 1 business day. Here we are Thursday afternoon and my order still hasn't shipped. The PayPal transaction has cleared my bank account, but still no shipping notification or information via email or my order details.

Is this normal, despite the "ships within 1 business day" claim or should I contact customer service?
 
I was in the same boat. Order placed and no confirmation of shipping received within a few days. I was notified today by UPS that the package will be here tomorrow. It was shipped the day after I placed my order. Hope yours is the same and they just forgot to notify you of shipping.
 
If anything just call customer service. Autogeek can be very helpful in this situation(s).

Hey, thanks for that. Works for me. We've got a nice weekend coming up (80s and sunshine) and was hoping to get a first detail in on the new car I pick up today after work, but unfortunately I couldn't create an order list quick enough for that to happen so it'll have to wait until next weekend, but was getting worried that might not happen if my order hasn't shipped yet.

I hope you're right and I'd bet you are, since everyone seems to praise AG's quick shipping.

Regarding that sale, I placed my order using my 15% off code for brand new members. Within 6 hours I get an email for the Spring Cleaning 20% off sale. Ha!

After the discount my order was $152, so another 5% would have only saved me a few bucks.

Still, that's my luck!

I've never had an order ship faster than 3 days. Last time it took a week to ship out.
 
I emailed them and they didn't respond to that email, but they did coincidentally tell me that one item on my order list is backordered (new mitt) and told me they have different colors. Since I didn't buy it for the color I used let them know a purple mitt is fine. Not sure if that's the hold up or what.

Oh well, purple, gray, it'll all work the same.
 
I and another guy in my area have had this problem with orders taking a week to get here and we are just 2 hours away.
 
Had the same problem this week and when I called they had alot of Maguire's products on backorder. Things like that happen. Usually get my stuff in 1 or 2 days at the lastest. Just call customer service if any problems. Some really great and helpful people.
 
Best of luck to you, I'm still waiting for a large order that I placed on 4/12. I've been bit twice and I can guarantee you there sure as hell wont be a third time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I've never had any warranted concerns about receiving
an order of mine, that's been shipped from AGO.

Every time I have had a question or issue, a quick email or phone call has solved it. I usually hear back from emails within that day and they always answer the phone during business hours.
 
I guess the issue with my order was the mitt that I ordered was backordered. Nowhere on the description did it say this, which is why I placed it in my cart. Oh well. I received both a call and email on Thursday asking if I'd like another color. I let them know that purple is fine and they said they'd send it out to me. I woke up this morning to an email with a UPS tracking #, so it's on its way. Not enough time has passed by for the site to give me a delivery date, but it doesn't matter. Starting Tuesday and lasting for several days is nothing but rain, including through next weekend, which would be my detailing days.

Luckily, I work from home on Wednesdays and that's supposed to be the worst day of all the entire run of storms, but my new car will be safely tucked inside my dry and hail-free garage.
