How long to get a response from "contact us" page on the website?

Hi guys!

Last night i received my package and was damaged big time

I sent a message to customer service on the contact us page

I explain my problem and sent link of pictured that i host.

I was wondering how long it takes to get answered when we use the contact us? I was expecting a return email from AG already...
