How long does it take y'all to correct a car getting the swirls out polish and a coating or wax? On a SUV car or truck?

Also what is a good coating black label or opti coat 2.0

Too many variables present to accurately answer the first question. To do a thorough job plan for around 6-8 hours. As for the second question, every coating has their own benefits. Find something that you enjoy working with. For me it's Blackfire crystal seal

I just did a 1 step on a large SUV this past week, took about 10 hours until lsp ready

Ok what are you looking for in a coating or does it all depend? I want something what will make the paint look good glossy I guess you can say

What is lsp

LSP is last step product, it's just what the name applies. It's the final product you apply, be it a sealant or a carnauba wax.

A sealant isn't really what gives the shine, that comes from proper prep (clay, polish etc.) a sealant acts as an added layer of protection. It will however provide some shine.

As another data point, my cars take roughly 8 hours if I'm doing paint correction and my SUV takes about 10.

It all depends on much I need to do and how bad some of the problems are. A good example is my SUV. When I did the fall detail to prepare for winter, I took longer because I was having to correct bug damage from the summer. I probably lost an hour polishing bug etchings out of spots on the front bumper and edge of the hood.
