How many "Vets" do we have here on this site?

Meathook, Sir.......Don't mean to hi-jack your post, but I wonder what this means? Thanks goes to you and all the Veterans for your service to our great country!!!!!

I was speaking to username vet. He wanted to thank all the vets on the forum. I was thanking him instead of him thanking me.

This is one of my old time favorites - flying F4's, ...

One of my all time favorite jets!

Not a vet but, a huge thanks to all. Everyone I fly with (Captains) at my airline are vets. Great group of guys to work with!!

I personally have not served, but I grew up an Air Force brat. My father did 22 years in USAF and I come from a long family of men who have served.

I just want to thank all of you who have served or are currently serving. It's to men and women that serve do we owe our gratitude and freedom to. Thanks!!

Myself, I was Army, Airborne Signal, Ft Bragg, '87-'91. Went all over the world, and served during Operation Just Cause in Panama. I'm all the way to the right in this picture.

Even with the extra fuel tanks that must have taken quite a few meetings with the big gas passer on the route home.

Yes Sir... Takes a couple days as we spend a night in Guam and Hawaii. Plenty of aerial refueling with the KC-10s pulling us across.
