How often do you clay?!

I try to clay once before winter and once after winter. I always do it before winter no matter what since I don't really touch the cars detailing wise during the winter. During the summer I'm always applying spray waxes/sealants so having a clean surface to start with in the summer isn't as big of a deal as it is for winter to me. If I don't clay after winter, I'll at least hit the paint with Iron-X and Tar-X.
