How to apply a Glaze??

Ok, I have VMHG, and want to apply it with a FLex. What is the best way to do this?
I'm assuming a grey pad at low speed, but should I look for a breakdown like a polish, or is it just a spread on and take off deal?
 
VMHG? Is that Vanilla Moose? I usually apply glaze with a black or blue pad at speed 3-4 with PC.
 
Yeah, it's Vanilla Moose. Do you just spread it around, or are you supposed to work it in a little?
 
Vanilla Moose is very liquid in design, and you likely will saturate the pad if overapplied. Tread carefully, and use a lighter pad and speeds in the 4 range on PC for best results.
 
Yeah, I just did it with a blue pad and speed 4-5. It turned out good, I worked it in a little. It's hard to tell on white though.
