I assume you mean the guilty culprit. :D

I'd just get some new foam---it'll make the restoration more complete.
 
White vinegar works for urine smell as well .Dilute 50% water and saturate , then follow with plain water and dry.

It will smell sour like vinegar for a day or two and then that smell will dissipate .

will consume and remove the odor. If you wipe the area with a rag, you are removing the
enzymes and preventing them from doing their job. Instruct the owner of the car to allow
the spot to dry naturally over a day or two. Opening a window greatly improves drying
time.
