hi guys,

im a bit confused with the actual image of flex xc 3401 VRG which ive seen in the flex website in germany FLEX Power Tools - Elektrowerkzeuge seit 1922

the first image was the flex xc 3401 vrg from the website in germany ,while the second image was the ones that most i see's in a lot of consumers who buys flex today.

what is the difference between the two? does it means that the second image was the old version of flex xc 3401 vrg?

.....and I still keep on wondering why 110V are reasonable?!

Sorry bout the OT, but no, I don`t have the answer ur looking for.

i too was trying to figure this out as well. it looks like the one with the black plastic top is the US version and the one with the red is the overseas version as they use different circuit breakers/outlets, and not to mention is comes with a red side handle and red plug on the end, where as ours are black. keeping them like that probably makes it easier to identify which is which as well...

the only difference I to can note is the color of the top cap. Ones red and ones black, but that should not make any difference. Maybe it is to help them decifer the european model from the states model.
