How to raise prices

They are the same car. Why are you charging by brand?

I was going to ask the same thing, why charge more or less for a vehicle when it has the exact-same amount of surface area & same paint characteristics as another one? Just seems like a good way to upset a customer.

I'm picturing a customer coming in with a Saturn Sky and becoming enraged when they find it costs $50 more than the listed price for a Pontiac Solstice, because the Sky's design is "Edgier" lol.

I wasn't thinking when I posted that lol. Now that I think about it they are the same.
I think what I meant to say was Tahoes? Are they a bit smaller?

I don't advertise my raised prices ever and I keep a log of what I've charged ever customer I have ever detailed so I now what I charged them in the past. I recommend everyone do this so when they call to make appointment you what you charged them last. You also know what you did on their car. I have a "contact Journal CRM" on my ipad and phone. This is a great app for this.

What do I search for that app

I know what you are saying now. Of course you can charge more for a Suburban vs. a Tahoe.

However, a Tahoe, Yukon (and Denali), and Escalade are all the same size. The Suburban, Yukon XL (and Denali XL), and Escalade ESV are the larger ones.

Ah, that clears it up. Got it now! :xyxthumbs:
