How to remove red paint off tire?

I noticed the other day that I have some red paint on my tire. It looks almost as if I accidentally brushed it against a red curb (fire truck lane) in a parking lot.

Is there anyway that I can get this off? I have some Tuf Shine Tire Cleaner, but I don't know if that will be strong enough to remove it.

As Mask said, I don't think anyone is going to know if that is going to work--you need to try it and see.
 
Know anyone with a bead blaster? When the black rubber was accidently painted on my mirrors at the body shop, the guy beadblasted it right off and it came out great. I was very surprised. Didn't hurt the rubber at all.
 
Mineral Spirits. If that doesn't do it Lacquer Thinner will.
