how to remove swirls and scratches from underneath door handles?

i was just wondering if there is a way to remove all swirls and scratches from underneath the door handles and decals as well with out removing them. i normally just do it by hand but i can only remove about 30% if that of the defects by hand. any help woould be great thank you!
 
Like you have already stated hand is the way to go. Aother option is to cut up some old polishing pads into smaller easy to use pieces.

i normally use a heavy/extreme cutting compound for this like either fg400,m105 or presta ultra or super cutting creme. depends on the car. then i just use whatever else im using on the rest of the car for each step. the most i have ever gotten out was like 60-75% and that required a ton of elbow grease. haha
 
I use these from Hex Logic. Chemical guys had them.

I am pretty sure that won't fit Under the door handle. My fingers+pad barelly fits as it is.

Why fg400? It would take forever to breakdown the abrasives by hand.
105 usually works otherwise 101 or any other smat product

A trick ive been using is to work the scratches out with a little dab of marine/gel coat compound and then work out that haze with m105. All by hand with a microfiber towel.
