I bought some GoGone in a sprayer bottle at Lowes Hardware, then I used P21S Total Car Wash (APC) at the 50/50 dilution ratio. IT WORKED! My wheel brush did not look quite brand new but it looked so much better than before. Thanks for the tip.

Goo Gone is pretty amazing. Try it on other stained things. Just remember to clean out the GG w/ APC when clean.
