I would agree with what Zach has already recommended. A good wash followed by IronX and TarX/Tarminator and then another quick wash. Usually that is enough to bring things back to life. I wouldn't clay until after a chemical decon has been done first. If after the chemical decon things still aren't beading then you may want to consider claying and using an AIO "lightly", like Poli-Seal.

Yup, that is pretty much exactly my plan, except I am using TRIX instead of Iron X + Tar X to do it in one shot. As stated previously my plan is Carpro reset wash, Trix and then another Carpro reset wash. Then I'll see where I am at. If it still wasn't beading I would do a mild clay plus possibly poli-seal, or ZAIO (which I already have)
Ordered the Trix and Reset from AG and they just shipped today. Oh and I also ordered some of CarPro's water spot remover too because I think I might have a few tough spots on the hood.
