I'd go the DG 501/601 route if correction is not a priority. You will get at least 6 months protection out of that and it cleans like no other AIO out there.

I like the D502/601 but D151 is just easier. Protection only needs to last as long as it takes to sell the car. The PC DA IMO is not production polisher. I'd opt of a rotary for speed or a Flex 3401. Then there's that back injury you mentioned again an injury that doesn't help the cause...production detailing, just get er dun. The 3401 isn't that much heavier than the PC but a lot more money and I sense that tight. Dealerships don't pay all that well so find a balance.
Bottom line is you need the right tools. Wash the car, sheeting the water to help drying process. Hit it with an AIO, mf wipe down, vacume interior and wipe it down. Spray some tire dressing and clean the windows. Finished
Batta-Bing-Batta-Boom...next.
I would just use an AIO and call it good that will save you so much time.
What about exterior wash?

Thank u.. I've pretty much got my waxing/polishing down for production. Lately I've just been using pinnacle xmt 360 on a small hand held DA (the cheapo kind) results are not nearly as good to me.. but the dealer is happy and its much easier on my back so...
I think the tread has gotten a bit off track seems most people here (except a few) got the impression I'm trying to do more correction and trying to cut time. I've got the waxing part pretty much.. he don't care a bit about correction all he wants is wax to feel smooth.
So I'm really looking more for answers on how to speed up the other aspects.
Although im not saying I can't learn something about the wax part..
Some one mentioned using a cleaner wax? How would that differ from an AIO like 501 or 151?
And would it be easier or faster to apply cleaner wax by hand? Would it still be effective?

After washing the car feel it to see how rough it is. If you really want smooth clay it. If it's not bad hit it with D151 & white pad on the PC. Again it's a production not detailers mentality. Do everything by maching it's just faster, even waxing. Always use the machine, 1 pad to wax the entire car, no pad cleaning necessary. D151 is adjustable depending on the pad you use. With a cutting pad it cleans deeper/correction. With polishing pad it shines the paint. It leaves some wax behind for protection close to a perfect AIO. It's designed for proiduction hence the gallon container. Cheap too.
How many cars do you expect to do daily?
chemical guys has a polish thats called revive glaze and polish that might be worth lookin at also for production.also hd speed comes to mind.
