Hello all. My name is Victor and I'm from South Texas; I own a 2014 Mustang. Detailing is something I have not done before so I'm a complete noob and seeing all the products that are out there is a bit overwhelming. I keep my stang as clean as possible but recently started noticing I have swirls and I got maybe 2 scratches :/. I have been reading here and the interwebs how to get rid of/correct them, I could pay a detailer to detail my mustang but I would prefer doing it myself. For now I would like to learn how to detail correctly and pick it up as a hobby then later on maybe detail as a 'side job'

I currently use Meguiars wash, Zaino Spray Wax, and for my tires Black Magic tire shine

Any good affordable product recommendations for washing/detailing? I'm thinking about trying out all Meguiars (Wash, Clay Bar, Polish, and Wax) first to see how I like it then maybe move on to try other products. How about a good and affordable DA polisher..?

Thank you.

I'm already going at it lol. Began reading the "how-to article for removing swirls" etc. Great info on this site! :)

Hi Victor, welcome to AutoGeekOnline!

You can't go wrong starting out with Meguiar's products. Same goes for their machine (MT300) and pads.
