5" is the PERFECT size screen! Heard the M8 is great, but doesn't take the best pics?

LG G3 is too big(5.5" screen).

Yep, that's my problem with the M8. There's a video on YouTube where the guy shows video between the front and rear camera. It's amazing how much clearer the video was with the front camera. You still need megapixels no matter how good HTC says an ultrapixel is.

Agreed. Hopefully they listen to the overwhelming negative feedback and either ditch the ultrapixels or triple (at least) their quantity. If they still let the camera suck, it'll cost them huge. You know the S6 will be back swinging coming out of the gate too. I'm actually very interested in seeing the specs and features on both next March.

I actually like the M8's camera, way better than the Galaxy Nexus camera, and IMO somewhat better than iPhone5.

Every once in a while it does bizarre things with exposure, other than that I like it.

Im not arguing that the M8 has as good of, or a better camera than its competitors, as most people think in the vast majority of lighting conditions its not as good.

But I would like to say, its pretty easy to make a phone camera look bad if you want to prove a point, as every one of them has its weaknesses. Heck you can make an expensive DLSR look bad if you want.

For me though, it was an improvement to my previous phone camera, and its definitely good enough for how I use it.

That's true. The camera is not as big a deal to me as a fingerprint scanner would be. That seems like a real convenience. I might go to the S6 if the M9 doesn't have it, but I'm really hoping it does!!

The G3 will be smaller though. I have a G2 and my roommate had a HTC One. Basically same dimensions and the G3 was smaller still even with a bigger screen.

Hard to believe, but I just bought a never used HTC refurbished Droid DNA on Ebay as my Rezound's performance has been slowing with age. The good news is that I still have my actual Verizon upgrade to use for whenever HTC decides to put a real camera back on their phones.
