HTML\PHP programmer wanted

Hello everyone,

I need to add a contact form on my website so people can send me a callback request with details of the service they need.

I have built the form but my Host doesn't support Frontpage extensions anymore so I will need to program something in. I know it can be done with PHP and many other ways but I am not a programmer.

Any of you guys know how do to it and would be willing to help?
