this is going to sound weird to you southern guys but us northern folk have got to get creative sometimes, especially working on a black car.
went to the coin op on Saturday and had just finished my rinseless in the garage. It wasn't super cold out (4C) and I wanted the light, so I left the door open and the space got a bit colder than normal.
With all the talk about V7 lately, I decided that it would be my topper this week. Misted it sparingly and used a cobra rolled edge to spread it but started getting streaks. C pillar looked particularly bad since I could see it better with the angle the light was coming in through the door. Buffing with a fresh towel didn't help either so I huffed on the paint, which clouded it out instantly but must have introduced a whisper of moisture such that I was able to buff away any streaking in one pass without creating any new streaks.
Anyhow, not an earth shattering revelation, just thought I'd share...
