Is anybody else a huge fan of clean, shiny tires? Seems to be a lot of members that like the "natural" look.

My favorite tire gel was the original formula of Wolfgang Black Diamond. Now I like Megs Endurance and Ammo Mud (2 coats for Mud). What do you guys like?

Bold n Bright Liquid applied with a paint brush ... hello mirror shine
A tiny bit, but that was after the first usage and I may have gone a little heavy on application. Wiped off real easy with some waterless wash.

Wouldn't put anything that is not water based on my tires

I am so much into detailing, that I can tell the difference if they got their tires shined up at the $5 five minute car wash
Or if an actual detailer worked on them (for the most part, probably would lose in a life or death situation :laughing: )
Idk... I'm sure there are others, but aren't there different variations of shiny? (For detailing tires I mean)

There's dark, rich, and shiny and then there's oily, thin, uneven shiny. The car washes use the oily thin crap. The autozone type stores carry the thin oily crap too minus Meg's endurance and the Duragloss Gel. I prefer to order to dark, rich, shiny stuff from Autogeek :dblthumb2:

I have actually been thinking of topping my tires. To get that extra pop. I already apply Meguiar's Detailing tire and trim gel.
But have been looking into getting there extreme shine, So I can top it. Lol

For me, Chemical Guys Silk Shine is perfect as I like a satin look. Adam's SVRT is my other favorite and so is Black Magic Titanium Tire Wet Gel although I'm pretty sure that one is silicone based so I rarely use it, yet I love it so much because it lasts about 3 weeks and it looks natural.

I put Bold N Bright on everything! It's dries to the touch, looks great, doesn't sling, you can control the shine depending on how long you leave it on and I find the durability to be excellent.
