One of my neighbors down the street watched the miraculous transformation on my black TrailBlazer SS (That thread is here http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/show-n-shine/61147-detail-black-2007-trailblazer-ss.html ) as he was driving past my place to and from work. Once it was complete he wanted to get his black TrailBlazer LT done. Like my SS his LT was covered in hard water spots but this one also had severely oxidized clear and one door looked like it was scrubbed with scotch brite. Also they have a little one so the interior needed some serious help! He didn't have the budget to do as much correction as was done on mine but I achieved some great results within his budget.

The hood was in particularly bad shape so I used my PC7424XP with CG v34 on an orange pad followed by M205 on a white pad. The rest of the truck finished out LSP ready with just the V34 and orange pad. I also used the V34 and orange pad to remove the water spots on the glass.

Here are some 50/50 shots:

Here you can see where the rear door was "hazy" from being scrubbed or sanded with something prior to arrival and how it cleaned up nice:

After the polishing I used Megs UPW for the LSP and used Megs Hyper dressing for the trim. The interior was cleaned with Megs APC and Folex then dressed with Hyper dressing. I am also going to do this customers boat and F250!

Excellent work! Definitely a transformation to brag about on the resume.

Nice work. As a newbie I find it helpful when people post the products used inside & out. What products did you use?

Nice results, that's how black should look!

I'm sure the owner is very pleased.

Man ! thats looks great, Off topic though it looks so nice and sunny where you are..lol its like 29 degrees here today !!!!

I see your customer may have a small child due to those imprints in the backseat leather from a car seat. I have noticed the same thing happening in my CX7 and bought a pad for under the seat to try and minimize the damage to the leather.

Great work!
