Hydro2 and Glass Sealant

Hey guys, I have been using Hydro2 for over a year now and while I love it on 90% of the car, I hate what it does to my front windshield. It ends up causing my wipers to chatter and doesn't react kindly to certain washer fluids. Anyway, I'd like to go back to sealing my glass with something like Mckees glass coating and letting Hydro2 handle the rest of the car. Since it's nearly impossible to prevent hydro2 from touching the windshield (water running over the windshield from roof), will the 2 play nice with each other?
