I am going Wax Insane

Outside and i do use QD do you think that the collinite is gone and its just qd?

o.k., that would be more like it, I wouldn't say the collinite would be completely gone but it is not going to bead that way after that amount of time without help. Next time please add that a qd was used and that just wasn't collinite on its own, gives a false impression of a product.

This is after about 5 weeks, 3 car washes and 2 rainy days. I drive about 100 miles a day. The car is parked at night in a garage. No qd or anything. Still feels slick as snot. From what I've read, it should go many months.

Wolfgang Sealant topped with Souveran or Signature Series II would be my choice.

And it seems for depth and wetness this is one of the most recomended I have seen. As much as I would like to it is just hard to get time to wax every month.

Last time I tried to detail my truck I had my one year old in the playpen inside the garage while I was working on the truck just outside. he would yell everytime I turned on the PC. one side of the bed later I called it quits.

Hmmm.... Meghan, want to babysit once a month? :D

I hear you SoCal, I have a 1 and 2yr old so I focused my research on the most durable sealant. From what I've read, Collonite is the ticket. I think it looks fantastic, but the pro's here definately feel that other waxes have a deeper wetter look.

Absolutely... I love other peoples kids, you can borrow them then RETURN them!:D Just drop them by the warehouse, I will teach them to folder microfiber towels.

He just loves to cover himself up with a blanket and play peekaboo. I can just imagine him getting dropped shipped with a load of MF's to a customer. That would be one hell of a free gift.

Customer: Umm... Meghan there is a baby in the box...

Meghan: Auto geek is now offering free labor if you can train him.

Customer: He won't give me my MF's and I think he needs to be changed.

Meghan: Can I suggest a quick detail package to take car of that problem?
