I cloud

Hello all my kids got me a I pad 3 for fathers day and I am having trouble linking my I phone 3 to it

I got my I phone late in the game so I would say its an I phone 3&1/2 it has I cloud

I have turned I cloud on in both phone and I pad
I googled it but still no luck

Depends on what you mean by "link". You can enable iCloud on your devices, and then anything stored in the cloud can be accessed from all of your devices. Under the iCloud setting, you can turn on email, contacts, calendars, etc. This will allow these items to be viewed and changed on any device.

Applications downloaded will be available on all of your devices.

If you want your music available, you have to sign up for iTunes match.

Make sure what you're trying to sync are using the same appleID. I know when I got MobileMe it made me make a new ID so I have two and am slowly trying to transition to one
