It think that I mess up the nanoskin washmitt.

I used it to clean bugs on my suv front bumper with bugs & tar spray.

when I tried to wash the mitt with soap on other parts of car. It created ugly black sticky stains. I had to use clay to remove this black stains.

Is the washmitt is damaged beyond repair?

Sounds like you smeared bugs all over the vehicle, did you wash the mitt thoroughly before washing the vehicle if not that could be the answer if not then you have to buy a new mitt caused that one has no more life

Tar remover and the polymer on the wash mitt are not a good mix. I found this out with a nanoskin sponge. You can try a thorough washing of the polymer surface of the mitt. If it still leaves the black marks after being cleaned, you will need to replace it.

I did wash it with soap. why is it ruined?

The tar remover has most likely melted or somehow altered the polymer surface of the mitt.

nanoskin rubber has become more sticky now.

Its best if buy a new mitt/don't use the mitt with bug/tar remover instead use traditional clay with that product and its cheaper

yep , and APC will destroy any of these new decon products. Delamination and meltdown occurs quickly. Dont feel bad I did the same thing with a potent cleaner trying to decon my lower rocker panels after driving through some nasty road grime.
