I cant believe the audacity of UPS to drop this off looking like this. You would think they would just hold it as "lost" or "damaged". How many people would take it like it is?

Well, the damage is an ENTIRE GALLON of AW! 6 white pads, 6 orange pads. The funny thing is that the seal on the AW wasnt touched lol.

I already emailed Meghan and Im sure she will make it right! :cheers:

That must have taken a serious hit to bust a hole in the plastic.

Did they leave it at your door and leave or did you accept that like it is?

I would have looked at the box, then the delivery person, then the box, then close the door.....
I never had something that bad, but had a gallon of polish leak when shipped to someone...
 
They left it at the door, the bottom of the box was soaked, the top was all wrecked, it almost looked like a bear clawed through it. Im surprised it would bust the AW since AG packs with a lot of peanuts.

So imagine what they must of done to it
 
UPS is known for leaving at door, ring door bell and then running like hell! i was at cust house detailing and UPS went to garage door and lightly knocked on wall then took off!!! i had to tell her when I was done that ups left package

yep, that they do! by the time i answer the door, they are already around the block lol. i would rather use FedEx and not to mention... UPS always comes late around my neck of the woods, which is after 5pm...:mad:
 
Wow, I've seen some bad deliveries but that takes the cake, looks like its been run over. Did they think nobody would notice LOL?
 
I think that is their policy... Knock and run.

Since you mentioned it, My wife received a UPS package from her Mother. Knocked on the door, and when I opened it. I seen the package on the deck and the truck driving off. Crazy.

Wait, now that I think about it. They don't knock. The "knocking" you hear is your package they just threw from halfway down your drive and bouncing off your door.

That is how they get back to the truck that fast....lol
 
Man that's nasty FMINUS, I'm with Surfer on this one....that looks bad :(

UPS are really something else. I ordered a guitar amplifier a few months ago that was way too heavy,long for one man to carry-instead of using a dolly to bring it to the door the guy decides he will carry it by the sides of the box-well the bottom of the box broke and the amp fell out -luckily on some foam padding.

** That box you got beats all I have ever seen!
 
That is just not right! So sorry FMINUS! I am sure AG will take it up with UPS and get your items replaced ASAP! Hang in there... just a few more days!
 
The box was smashed just like it was, I did pull out the bags with the pads in them. So imagine if you push the bags back in the box, thats what it would look like.
 
UPS sucks!I ordered a 2500$ PRS guitar and they speared it with a forklift and then had the nerve to try and leave it.I chased down the ups man and told him he forgot something and called the merchant and told them what was up and they refunded me.So I know how you feel.I have had alot of bad experiances with ups.

I had the same experience with a Gibson LP Custom! Neck was split in half!

GIBSON LP! WHAAAT! I have a friend who works at UPS and he says they kick/throw boxes... I tell him to watch out for my stuff though. That's still not fair..

Ouch, that's bad. Maybe it fell out of truck on a freeway...:D
You should of chase UPS, M5 is fast!

Take it easy, bro. I'm sure Meghan will take care of you.
 
UPS and FedEx both has done that to me....I feel your pain...
